What is the shelf life?

For guaranteed freshness, shelf life is best suited at a 10 day maximum from refrigerated and a month maximum from frozen.

How do you cook it?

Bring internal temperature to 165 degrees Fahrenheit for food safety.

Oven: Remove from packaging. Wrap in foil. Place in oven 10-15 mins at 350-400.

Panini Press: Remove from packaging. Place in panini press 5-6 mins at 420.

Skillet: Remove from packaging. Place in lightly oiled skillet Med/High 2.5 min per side.
